WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG?

I think art is important to have in the world. But I also try to impact the environment as little as possible with my art, this is why I only produce what I sell. I know that this might lead to higher cost and longer shipping time but I think this is worth it. Art is not a mass product so I think it should not get produced like one. Thanks for understanding and supporting me in protecting our planet as much as we can. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

This shop is not automated. So if you order this product/artwork, I will place your order at Printolino. Please note that there is no account creation for you involved. You can cancel any time without any explanation as long as I have not placed the order yet.  After that I still accept returns. Please see the section “What if I don’t like it” for more information. 

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

Even though your right of cancelation might not apply for most of my products/artworks, because they are highly customised, I generally accept returns within 2 weeks or if there is a special reason. Because for me it is important that my art makes you happy, so of course if you ordered the AR-Artwork and you are not happy with it I will take it back. It would mean a lot to me if you could take the time to drop me an email to share the reason for your unhappiness with me, so that I can further improve my products/artworks. Please don’t misuse this offer because it could lead to closing this shop. Thank you for your support.
